📄 Terms of Stay – SARL Latu Corsu
I – Rates

Prices are per night, all taxes included, excluding the tourist tax of €1 per day and per person.

Breakfast is included in the room rate.

A €20 supplement applies if you request a change of sheets or towels during your stay (except for planned changes during longer stays).

For stays of multiple nights, daily room cleaning is provided between 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Please ensure the room is accessible during this time.

Bed linen, towels, and laundry service are included in your stay.

Pets are not allowed in the rooms or rentals.

II – Booking and Payment

🔒 Secure booking – no immediate payment
To confirm your stay, we only require your credit card number and expiration date.
👉 No charge is made at the time of booking. Payment is made on site, upon arrival, to SARL Latu Corsu.

💡 Prefer not to share your card details?
You can also confirm your reservation by paying a 30% deposit via bank transfer or cheque.
Cheques are cashed upon receipt to secure your booking.

III – Cancellation Policy

✅ Free cancellation up to 8 days before arrival

❗ Between 2 and 7 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount will be charged

❌ Less than 48 hours before arrival or no-show: the full stay will be charged

🧳 In case of early departure, the total cost of the stay remains due, unless the cancelled nights can be rebooked.
➤ Only unsold nights will be charged.

🛡️ We strongly recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance for peace of mind.

IV – Check-in & Check-out Times

🕓 Check-in: from 4:00 p.m.

🕚 Check-out: by 11:00 a.m.

If you arrive earlier, we'll be happy to welcome you if your room is ready.
If not, we can securely store your luggage until check-in time.
